Welcome back to All the Buzz!

All the Buzz is a weekly wrap-up of our favorites and observations of the week. Here’s the latest and the greatest! All the Buzz – Moment of Reflection.

A Hard Anniversary

It’s hard to believe that today marks the 20th anniversary of 9/11. I’m sure that every single one us knows exactly where we were on that tragic day. More importantly, remembering how we felt. Scared, sad, mad – we personally ran the gamut of emotions. Today we honor the 3,000 people that lost their lives and the nearly 6,000 people that were injured. We especially pray for their families and friends who undoubtedly mourn their loss every day.

The parts that we choose to remember most about that day, and the days following, were how our country came together as a nation. Proud to be Americans! Respectful, kind, helpful, caring. The lesson for Jenn and I is that we don’t need a tragedy to choose to be respectful, kind, helpful and caring.

Today we will participate in a patriotic memorial walk to honor all affected by 9/11.
