As we have openly shared, we are on a weight loss journey. Personally speaking, most of my success has been changing how and what I eat. Believe it or not, I eat way more food now that I follow the Weight Watcher program. It also helps that the food I eat is not only nutritious but also super tasty and flavorful…a must for me 🙂
Today we share another great Weight Watchers recipe for Parmesan Chicken Cutlets. Trust us, this is not “diet” food 🙂
Some of the needed ingredients…
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 TBS dried Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (I use more)
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - about 1 pound
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a resealable bag, combine cheese, breadcrumbs and all seasonings. Shake well.
Using tongs, add chicken breasts to the breadcrumb mixture in the bag. Shake and coat chicken breasts well.
Arrange on a nonstick baking sheet.
Bake until chicken is cooked through, 20-25 minutes.

Parmesan cheese…
Blended together in a resealable bag.
Using tongs (my hands do not touch raw chicken) LOL place the chicken breasts in the bag…
…shake the bag until the chicken breasts are well coated.
I use clean tongs to remove the chicken breasts from the bag…
…and place on a nonstick baking sheet.
This chicken was delicious. I served leftovers with tomato sauce.
