As you all already know, we love our special bevs!  I recently hosted a small party with friends and I wanted to make a signature cocktail for the evening. I am a fan of Prosecco, so I already had several bottles of this on hand and knew that I wanted to incorporate this into the recipe.  I wanted to keep things simple, but also make something that was Christmas related, so I  decided to just add a splash of cranberry juice.

I found these cute little bells at the Dollar Store and thought that they added a little Christmas cheer to the glass…

We filled up the glasses about 3/4 full of Prosseco.

Then added a splash of cranberry and a sprig of Rosemary, which I loved!

I definitely loved how my Poinsettia Cocktail turned out!  I just think it adds a nice touch to have a signature cocktail when hosting a party…plus this one was so easy to make!

This cocktail will definitely add Christmas cheer to your next party.  It would also be perfect with Christmas Brunch!  I think we’ll definitely be having it again before the holiday season ends 🙂 Cheers Y’all
