Summer Blue Cocktail

As our weather has warmed, we have enjoyed beautiful Spring days. We start thinking of days spent on the lake in the glow of sunshine, friends and family by our side and sharing a special bev. In this case we would love to share with you our new cocktail – Summer Blue.
This cocktail is light, refreshing and flavorful. It is a simple concoction but so tasty. Another bonus for us is that it is a healthy-ish special bev – no mixes or extra calories added, so less caloric 🙂
This is all you need:
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Stolichnaya Blueberry infused vodka
- club soda
- **If you desire more sweetness, you may add a teaspoon of simple syrup, but your cocktail will be higher in calories**
Instructions
Fill a 6 ounce glass with crushed ice
Add 1 ounce of blueberry vodka
Fill glass with club soda
Garnish your glass with fresh blueberries and mint

This cocktail is perfect to sip at the end of a hot day. The club soda makes this special bev so effervescent. Your guests will love it! And so will our waistlines 🙂

I am not much of a drinker (unless it is something with enormous amounts of sugar in it) but I bet this one is refreshing and…hehe…the “raise your standards” quote just makes everything so funny in this post (in a good way).
