Happy St. Patrick’s Day!  I was recently reading Coastal Living when I came across a recipe for what sounded like an amazing after dinner drink.  And I was also completely surprised to see that the recipe came from Dromoland Castle, a place I know all too well!

Nutty Irishman Cocktail…

Ingredients

  • 1 oz (2 tbsp) of Bailey's
  • 1 oz (2 tbsp) of Frangelico

Instructions

Fill a brandy glass half way with ice.

Then pour in both liquors and serve.
