I found this honey sriracha chicken recipe years ago when I was still doing Weight Watchers and it has become a frequent dinner in my home. Ā I love spicy and sweet flavors, so the combination of both the honey and sriracha is perfect in my opinion! Ā Plus, it is so easy to make and doesn’t take a lot of prep time…my kind of recipe š
I also love this recipe because it makes you feel like you’re eating fried chicken, but surprise, it’s the panko giving it that crunch! Ā And instead of using buttermilk you’re using greek yogurt, but no one would even notice. Ā Plus the yogurt helps to keep the chicken juicy.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup panko
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp dried sage
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and spray with olive oil.
Mix together the panko, flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Mix together the yogurt, sage, and rosemary in a separate bowl.
Dip the chicken breast into the yogurt mixture and make sure it is fully coated. Then dip it in the panko mixture on both sides and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, turning over once halfway through.
While the chicken is baking, mix the honey and the sriracha.

This is the honey and sriracha combo that you use to dip your chicken in…yum!
You can dip the chicken into the sauce, but sometimes I just pour it on top…
These are the kinds of recipes that make eating healthy easy. Ā If only I could eat like this everyday š
