I found this honey sriracha chicken recipe years ago when I was still doing Weight Watchers and it has become a frequent dinner in my home. I love spicy and sweet flavors, so the combination of both the honey and sriracha is perfect in my opinion! Plus, it is so easy to make and doesn’t take a lot of prep time…my kind of recipe 🙂
I also love this recipe because it makes you feel like you’re eating fried chicken, but surprise, it’s the panko giving it that crunch! And instead of using buttermilk you’re using greek yogurt, but no one would even notice. Plus the yogurt helps to keep the chicken juicy.

You can dip the chicken into the sauce, but sometimes I just pour it on top…
