Hey y’all! Ā This is sadly the last post in our Fall Blogging Series, but we have had a blast doing it! Ā Last week we showed you our fall mantel decor and today we are revealing our Fall Front Porch Decor š Ā Yesterday, Angie from the Altered Past showed us her cute front porch, which you can see here!
I’m not gonna lie…in recent days bridezilla has reared its ugly head and unfortunately mom and Kara have been on the receiving end of this. Ā I had been doing so well, but the stress just kind of got to me. Ā Not only was I stressed with work and planning a wedding, but I was also stressed about how I was going to decorate my front porch with such little time. Ā Ever a procrastinator, I waited until the last minute to figure out what I was doing, which was in the height of my craziness.
The funniest thing happened though as I started to plant my hanging baskets…the stress started to decline and my mood started to lighten. Ā Up until now, I didn’t really realize how therapeutic gardening could be. Ā And what was something I just needed to get done and check off my to-do list, became something that I was actually enjoying and was a great way to take my mind off of everything else. Ā I’m not ashamed to admit that I was on my back patio at 9:00pm with little light trying to plant everything. Ā But the air was cool and planting my pansies and mums and incorporating pumpkins started to get me really excited for Fall. Ā If only I had a Pumpkin Spice Latte as I was working away š
I hope you like the little Fall spruce up my front porch got…I think it turned out pretty cute š
Since it is hard to see my front door, I decided to incorporate one of the many vintage doors I own into my decor. Ā I love how it turned out!
When choosing my pumpkins, I tend to go with which stems I like the best š
I love using kale in arrangements during the fall, especially in hanging baskets…
I really do love incorporating fall colors that still bring some brightness as well.
Thank you for stopping by as we end our Fall Blogging Series. Ā Be sure to visit the Crowned Goat tomorrow to see CoCo’s awesome Fall Front Porch!

Hi Lisa! Fall is our favorite season of the year and we like to bring a bit of color and charm to the front porch. The antique door was one of our favorite parts too. Thanks for the note about my photography…a bit of practicing is helping š

Wow! What a great front porch! The little pumpkins lined up are so cute. I also love the vintage elements like the metal rocking chair and vintage box. The bright colors are beautiful.
Hey Nancy – Thanks so much! We adore all thing rustic and vintage š Fall is our favorite season!
You are giving me the motivation to get moving on my fall decorating. Living in Florida, fall weather is still far, far away. So, this was just the inspiration I needed to pull those boxes out of the attic. Then, as I sit by the pool, fanning myself, I can dream of cool fall days to come.
Ok, so first I want to know what kind of dress you are going to wear!
Secondly, it was so smart to add a door to the porch because you can’t see yours!
