With Easter right around the corner, our thoughts turn to the holiday dinner table. I wanted to keep it fun and a bit interactive. My idea is easy Easter place cards – Dollar Tree project.
It all started at Dollar Tree
You know how much Jenn and I love a great Dollar Tree project. It is so much fun to browse their aisles and imagine ways to upcycle and makeover items. Look at these carrot cuties. Last year, I actually gave some of these carrots a new look.
Also found at Dollar Tree were these miniature clay pots. When I spotted them I knew what I was going to create for my Easter table.
Easy Easter Place Cards
Gather supplies 
Paint the clay pots 
Print names in desired font onto
clear labels
Carefully cut out names 
Add name labels to clay pots 
Add green grass to the inside
of each clay pot
After placing the shredded paper grass into the clay pot, I nestled two carrots on top.
Aren’t these adorable?
Guests will be so happy to find their names on the Easter place cards.
Plus, it is a cute favor to take home.
You could even add chocolate eggs as a fun treat.
