Nothing sets a Fall mood more than fragrance. If I detect a hint of clove, orange or cinnamon in the air, I am ready to start the fire pit and breakout my cozy sweaters. I have created 7 cozy fall diffuser blends  printable to help get you in the mood too.

Let’s face it – after the beating heat of Summer, the promise of a new season ahead makes me giddy! Jenn and I are ready to embrace all.the.things Fall related, especially the cooler temps.

Did you know that most scented candles, plug ins and room sprays actually pollute the air of our homes?  When you burn a scented candle, it adds known toxins to the air your family breathes. Even expensive soy candles give off smoke and soot while burning. We each started noticing that when we blew out our candles, we would cough. Sometimes even while they were burning.

 
Don’t get me wrong, I have been an avid candle fan and burner for decades!
 
Being that Jenn is having Baby Bee in December, we are both actively educating ourselves on ways to use cleaner and safer products in our homes.
 

What is a Diffuser?

Ultrasonic diffusers are the most popular. They use water and ultrasonic vibrations to disperse the essential oil into a fine mist.The advantage of this method is they donā€™t use heat, which can compromise the integrity of the essential oils. 

What does a diffuser do?

Essential oil diffusers are devices that are used to disperse water and essential oils into the surrounding air.

Essential Oils are highly concentrated extracts from flowers, leaves, and other plant parts. 

There are several types of essential oil diffusers that you can use for this. For safety reasons, follow the manufacturerā€™s instructions.

So add some water to your favorite diffuser and pick a cozy fall diffuser blend from the printables above.  Add any amount of essential oil drops as you like.
