We were so excited when we were asked to be a part of this winter home tour blog hop. Y’all know how much we love this season. Infusing our homes with warm and cozy elements is important to us. A big thank you to Amy of My Life From Home for organizing this tour.
When the clutter of the holidays is stored and packed away the house can seem cold and barren. It’s the perfect time to start with a clean slate…add some color, candlelight and texture. These elements warm up the house making it cozy and inviting.
Be forewarned – we got a tad carried away and this post is very photo heavy. So grab your fave beverage -make sure it’s venti sized 🙂 and enjoy the view.
The sunroom is the best room in the house. It is flooded with sunshine throughout the day.
Lots of candles were added to the coffee table and we burn them day and night. Cinnamon spice and vanilla are our favorites.
At night they glow…
(This post contains affiliate links.) This compass pillow was a Christmas gift. You can get one for yourself right HERE.
On cold days this painted wing chair is the perfect place to curl up with the blue plaid thrown and a cup of hot cocoa.
A lot of planning and blog business happens here too.
Elements found in nature were added – the sticks and the bird nest look great on the painted end table.
This winter white pom pom throw gets a daily workout 🙂
These fuzzy textures are warm and inviting.
This little desk area is tucked into the corner of the sunroom.
Splashes of blue and green make this a fun space.
Vintage photos are sprinkled throughout the house.
I created this artwork printed with one of our favorite quotes. We’ve created a printable so that you can have it in your home too. Just press the kink or the photo.
Love our bee print too.
Do you remember when we painted this desk chair? It’s a perfect fit for the desk.
Earlier this week we shared our Winter Mantel Decor Using Green and White. This color combination looks so crisp, clean and fresh.

Bright green is our favorite color addition for winter season.
We hope that you enjoyed our home tour. Be sure to check the other beautiful homes too!
