We are gearing up for our favorite season! Here is an easy DIY buffalo check fall bubble wreath.

It is no secret that Jenn and I love Fall. We are more than ready for sweaters, boots, football, leaves, fire pits, pumpkin spice and more! Each of us is beginning to add a bit of the season into our homes. Typically the first thing we do is add a seasonal wreath to our front doors. This year I created a DIY Buffalo Check Fall Bubble Wreath. It’s an easy craft and takes just ten minutes.

Supplies Needed

  • Wire wreath frame. I used a 16 inch frame like THIS one.
  • 5 Ā½ inch burlap buffalo check ribbon – without wire.
  • green wire
  • lambs ear greenery
  • faux pumpkins
  • 2 inch wired ribbon for coordinating bow

I was fortunate to find my wire wreath form at the Dollar Tree. They had two different sizes and I purchased both.

This black and white buffalo check burlap ribbon was purchased at Hobby Lobby during a 50% off ribbon day. Yay for me as this made each spool less than $4.00.! I bought 3 spools but only used two of them.

Watch this video!

I wasn’t sure how to make this type of wreath, so I headed to the internet. Here’s a wonderful 2 minute tutorial for a bubble wreath on YouTube that demonstrates way better than I could. I’m so glad that I discovered this video, because it clearly demonstrates how to make a bubble wreath. I was able to make my DIY Buffalo Check Fall Bubble Wreath in just 10 minutes.

The white pumpkin stems were also purchased at Hobby Lobby at 40% discount. Be sure to check out deals from your local craft stores. Lambs ear greenery is from my stash and the mossy green wire ribbon was another Hobby Lobby purchase for $1.50 on sale.

I’ve made a lot of wreaths in my lifetime, and this ranks as one of the easiest. The easiest wreath I ever created was this Easy Fall Wreath with faux flowers.

There’s no cutting, gluing or difficult instruction. Just weave the ribbon into bubbles and wire in your decorative elements.

The wreath looks beautiful on the front door.

Bonus

This wreath can transition perfectly into any season. Christmas, Winter and Spring.

The mossy green ribbon adds a pop of color without being overbearing.

Here you can clearly see the “bubble” affect with the black and white ribbon.

Cute, white pumpkins are a subtle addition for Fall.

I hope that you have enjoyed this very easy Fall craft for a DIY Buffalo Check Fall Bubble Wreath. Please share with us what you are creating now for the Fall season!
