My 4th of July porch decor is ready for its’ closeup! 

Can you believe that we are hot on the heels of July? Time seems to be traveling at warp speed, while I apparently am moving in slow motion. I couldn’t let this week pass without showing you my 4th of July porch decor.

I love decorating my front porch and outdoor area for 4th of July. 

A couple of weeks ago I shared how to craft this Patriotic American Flag Toothpick Wreath. It is the perfect greeting for the front door.

Typically this is a week filled with family, boating, relaxing and eating lots of yummy foods. Lots of time will be spent on the front porch sipping special bevs, reading books and having a good time.

Another easy craft project is this Summer Pillow for the Front Porch. It was made from scrap fabric from Honey Bee’s old neck ties. You can customize and coordinate the pillow colors with your own decor. 

Uncle Sam has been in my decor stash for many years. If I remember correctly, I purchased him from a craft fair in North Carolina. He is handmade from hardwood and is slightly heavy.

Sam is the perfect centerpiece for the table.

Many decades ago my beloved mother made this patriotic Humpty Dumpty for me. Isn’t he cute?

An easy way to bring red, white and blue to your porch is American flags. 

Small flags of varying sizes are added to plant and flower pots. This adds instant 4th of July decor for very little money.
