Hey y’all…so glad you’re here. If you have been following 2 Bees for awhile it is no surprise that we like love painted furniture. There is just so much satisfaction in finding a cast aside piece of furniture – taking an ugly duckling and transforming it into a beautiful swan. It’s even better if the furniture piece is found on the curbside, a free hand-me-down or purchased for a small amount of money.

To Jenn and I there is nothing better than taking a less than desirable piece and giving it our magic touch. Paint, wax, maybe a bit of distressing and a lot of love – and the makeover is complete.

Today we decided to showcase our Top 5 Painted Furniture Makeovers all in one place.

Cobalt Blue Chalk Painted Table

This was the first table that Jenn and IĀ painted in a bold-to-us color. I liked it so much I created a new color scheme in our master bedroom and I will be using this in our sitting room. Stay tuned!

Homemade Chalk Paint and Tiffany Blue Table

Sadly, we no longer have this sweet table. It sold the first day we put it in our booth. Jenn and I loved the color and the finish that we put on her.
