As most of you know, I recently returned from another great trip to Ireland! My day job allows me the opportunity to travel here every year and it truly is a country I love. The people are so warm and friendly, the scenery is breathtaking, and the food and special bevs are delish! I traveled through most of Southern Ireland and was able to see a lot in the week I was there.
There are plenty of these stunning views as you travel along the coast of Ireland.
This pub, called The Local Pub, was after my DIY heart. Everything in here had been repurposed or collected from antique stores, giving it an authentic feel…it was fantastic!
We also stopped into the Jameson Distillery in Midleton…yum!
More gorgeous scenery as we traveled through West Cork towards Kerry.
I wish I could have brought this vintage truck back…it would be perfect for 2 Bees!
One thing I love about Ireland is how fresh the ingredients are that they cook with…it gives the food so much more flavor.
This is a guest log from a country house that I absolutely loved…such wonderful tradition.
Most of you have probably heard of the Cliffs of Moher, but on this trip we discovered the Cliffs at Kilkee, which were breathtaking. Absolutely beautiful!
The Burren National Park is one of my favorite spots in Ireland…such a unique terrain.
This is a different view of The Burren…it’s the landscape in the background.
Dublin is one of my favorite cities…such a great walking city!
I also got to take in a game of Gaelic Football that was tons of fun…reminded me of college football 🙂
If you haven’t already been to this majestic island, you need to go. The experiences I’ve had will last me a lifetime…I can’t wait to go back and make more memories!
