Ranch Oyster Crackers…it may sound slightly strange, but man are they delicious and easy to make! And who doesn’t love both ranch and oyster crackers? We know we do 🙂 These are great for a casual cocktail party with friends or an easy snack for your upcoming trip to the beach or lake, which hopefully you’ll get to take this summer.
You probably already have most of the ingredients in your pantry…

- 1 TBS fresh dill
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 14 ounces oyster crackers
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
In a small bowl mix together the oil and Ranch dressing until blended.
Add dill, lemon pepper and garlic powder and blend again.
Add oyster crackers to a large bowl.
Pour dressing mixture over crackers. Mix crackers until all are well coated.
Bake 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
