Jalapeno Poppers

Who’s ready for the Super Bowl this weekend?! I’ll admit that I’m not super excited about who’s playing, but it’s still fun to watch…especially the commercials and half time show (I’m not ashamed to admit I love Katy Perry š Ā If you are hosting a Super Bowl party or are heading to one this weekend, this recipe for jalapeno poppers is soooo easy to make and only requires three ingredients…how could it not be any easier?! Ā Oh, and did I mention that they are delicious?!
You’ll have to cut the jalapenos in half and take the seeds out. Ā Be careful to not touch your face during this process…trust me, I’ve done it before and it is not fun.
After you’ve done this you’ll just fill the center with cream cheese…yum. Ā You’ll also cut the bacon strips in half and wrap around the jalapeno. Ā You’ll bake them for about 10 minutes and voila…in 20 minutes you have a delicious appetizer perfect for Super Bowl.
Ingredients
- Jalapenos
- Cream Cheese
- Bacon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
You will cut the jalapenos in half and take the seeds out.
Then fill the jalapenos with cream cheese.
Cut the bacon strips in half and wrap it around the jalapeno.
Then bake on a foil lined cookie sheet for about 10 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
They are ready to serve once they come out of the oven.
