This sweet oil painting was spotted at HomeGoods. We typically don’t gravitate to dog art, but we were struck by the resemblance of this pooch to our dog, Sadie.

Discoveries We Love
Being that we are on a beach vacay, we wanted to try this new-to-us concoction for happy hour. New Creation Soda Works crafted this delicious concoction know as Nada Rita. It is a strawberry and habanero margarita mix and it spectacular. It’s made right here in Georgia and according to the bottle these are the fresh ingredients: Real strawberries, pure cane sugar, high quality organic lime juice, purified water, habanero peppers, citric acid. Thanks to our friends at The Market Collective antiques shop for suggesting this one!
What We’re Watching
If you love to laugh or just need a pick-me-up during the week, we watched the hilarious stand-up comedy routine of Sebastian Maniscalco Stay Hungry. There is some bad language, but not overly so. Sebastian’s captivating storytelling keeps the audience engaged as he unpacks spin classes, pregnancy photoshoots, and wedding dances.

This story is a bit of a departure from what we normally read. Being at the beach, it’s fun to read a book that has murder, intrigue and a hot-mess-express flight attendant named Cassie. The Flight Attendant by Chris Bohjalian spins a tale that kept us turning the pages.
Favorite Kitchen Decorating
We absolutely love this kitchen makeover and reveal by The 2 Seasons. Jordan and Jeanette are another mother/daughter blogging duo, just like us! Their kitchen has everything we love – blue and white, thoughtful design and checkout the vintage blue and white plate backsplash!!
Favorite New Idea
My bestie Bambi turned us onto this idea. Did you know that your Tervis Tumblers also had a shaker lid?
My mind was blown as this shaker top fits right on top of an Tervis tumbler. No more messy cocktail shakers or juice blenders! Our favorite tumblers are the blue octopus Tervis tumbler .
Or, this beautiful Tervis Wildflower Tumbler. They may seem pricey, but these are guaranteed for life. Not to mention the fact that your ice doesn’t melt!
