This is a recipe rewind of one of our favorites…
As much as we love Mexican food, we also love Asian…I especially love curries and stir fries. I attempted to make a healthier stir fry recipe that I think turned out really well and was easy to do. And the great thing is, you can pretty much throw in any veggies you want.
I like to add a lot of garlic for more flavor…
I don’t really care for mushrooms, but someone else in my household does, so I make the sacrifice
I then add the kale, quinoa, green onion, low sodium soy sauce, and hot sauce to the skillet.
After everything is mixed, it’s time to eat and I’ve got to say…it was pretty delicious.
This healthy shrimp stir fry really hits the spot. Now I need to find a clean eating recipe for curry…if anyone has one I’m all ears
