I found this hearty soup on SparkPeople and have now made it several times! It is perfect for the colder months and is full of flavor. It also doesn’t hurt that it is healthy for you. Even though it was on SparkPeople, I put it into my Weight Watchers recipe builder (another reason why we love WW) to get the points plus value. I also changed the directions a little and it still tastes great!
