These are a few of our favorite things this holiday season.

We hope y’all had a wonderful Thanksgiving spent with family and friends. We know we did! After getting full on turkey and pumpkin pie, we got to work decorating for Christmas. We were busy little elves and we’re excited to show you what we’ve been up to later this week. One of us left for New York after Thanksgiving (mom) and I’m not bitter about it at all haha. It’s always been a dream for her to see New York City at Christmastime and I’m glad that she and my dad (aka Honey Bee), are able to spend time up there.

Now we don’t know about you, but we no longer get a thrill with going shopping on Black Friday. It’s just too overwhelming haha. Plus with Cyber Monday now, which is today, we prefer to be able to sit in our home with a cup of coffee and buy what we can online. Please note, this post contains affiliate links.

Gift Guide for the Baker

We are a huge fan of anything Pyrex, especially these mixing bowls with lids. Perfect for mixing dough and storing. Also, we love a good cookie scoop, which helps to keep the cookies the same size and is easier to put on the baking sheet.

Who else loves the Pioneer Woman? Love her show and her cookbook!

We know most people use vanilla extract, but we also love recipes that call for almond extract. My friends can attest that some of my favorite cookies are almond pillow cookies 🙂

Gift Guide for the Cozy Home

Lately I’ve been working really hard to keep the house clean and organized and in the process, making it more cozy. Especially with the cooler weather, we love incorporating cozier pillows and throw blankets.

We also might both have a candle problem. Each of us has a box full of candles, but we have a fragrance for each occasion. Loving this one from the new Hearth and Hand collection.

Now we don’t own these slippers, but they look so cozy and are an awesome deal. Love the tartan!
