I was looking through an old Weight Watchers cookbook I have, trying to get inspiration for some healthy meals I wanted to make. Then I stumbled upon this recipe for Weight Watchers Polenta & Sausage that I used to make all the time and somehow completely forgot about it!
After working all day, the last thing I want to do is make dinner, but this recipe is so simple and takes no time that I don’t mind cooking at all!

I usually like to use fresh basil from my garden, but since it’s not quite the season for that, you can easily purchase some at the grocery. You can also add bell peppers if you’d like. I like the Al Fresco sausage because it has bell peppers already.
