If you are unable to find already chopped brussel sprouts in produce section, then shred them in the food processor.
Add almonds, cheese, craisins, and bacon and mix together with the brussel sprouts.
Squeeze out the juice of the lemon and orange into small bowl.
Then add the minced shallot, olive oil, salt and pepper.
You can also add some of the zest of the lemon and orange if you would like.
Mix the brussel sprout salad and vinaigrette together once ready to serve.
