I can’t wait to share my blue and green Christmas mantel decor!

Hi friends! Are you deep in the throes of Christmas decorating? My blue and green Christmas mantel decor is up and ready for sharing.

This year I took a “less is best” take on decorating. Personally, I feel that you can make your home holiday beautiful without having to overdo or over-stress. With the arrival of our sweet Baby Bee last week, Jenn and I decided that we would each do less this year.

When Honey Bee and I emptied out our storage unit a few weeks ago, it was like discovering lost treasure. One of the things I unpacked were these oversized, green metallic cones. I knew that they would be the perfect inspiration for my Christmas mantel.

After completing the fireplace makeover with stickers tiles, I really wanted to play up the blue tones on the mantel.

The blue and white chinoiserie pottery was left in place as anchor pieces.

Several years ago I bought the blue garden stool from HomeGoods for just $29.00! An unbelievable deal and too good to pass up. My sweet blue/gray metallic deer found this to be the perfect resting spot.

Pom Poms Add Texture

A white pompom garland is draped from left to right.

The knit pompom stockings were purchased on sale at Target years ago. You can find similar ones HERE and HERE.

Greenery, miniature ornaments and blue berries are tucked around this antique chinoiserie bowl. I didn’t need to do very much to create a Christmas vibe for the mantel. Even better, I didn’t spend any money, because I used what I already have.

The mantel and blue and green Christmas tree look wonderful side-by-side.

I hope that you have been inspired in some small way today. Send us a photo of your Christmas mantels. We would love to see them!
