Remember last week when I told you that I was happy to paint furniture againā€¦I wasn’t kidding! This little side table has been waiting for a makeover for several months now and I was finally able to give it to her!

A $10 Thrifted Table Gets a Makeover - with homemade chalk paint, distressing and a coat of waxI ended up having to use a sponge brush to paint each and every spindle. When the table was completely dry, I used 220 grit sandpaper and lightly distressed the table where natural wear would occur…

I’m not quite sure yet which room she is going to go in, but I wanted you to see how pretty she is…

  2. You have a good eye! That table is green..not so pretty but you could see how it would look in a new color. It’s beautiful! Love the vignette with the cotton blooms and old silver!!
