Southern Pecan Pumpkin Spice Granola…and I made it Weight Watchers friendly…

I hate to admit it - but I am not a fan of pumpkin.  Ironically I love Starbuck's Pumpkin Spice Latte - go figure.  As a Weight Watcher I know the importance of healthy eating, which brings me to this admission...I am not a fan of breakfast.  I am just not one of those eager beavers who jumps out of bed in the morning who can't wait to make a fabulous omelet.
